The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks and repairs in various areas, including ventilation/air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other commonly required maintenance skills.

We are looking for a qualified candidate who has experience in managing a portfolio of properties. This candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities at properties, coordinate with vendors and residents, assist with marketing efforts, and handle general administrative tasks.
