Nice gem on the waterfront. Staff was extremely friendly and room was nice.

SUPERB! We chose this hotel to spend our honeymoon because of its location; once there, we let them know about our newlywed status. And from the check-in at the front desk team to the cleaning staff, they made us feel like Rockstars. They took their time and effort to give us the best room to suit our special stay, and it was such a beautiful and comfortable piece, with a spectacular sea view, and a nice balcony. The pool environment is so fun to be in, and the restaurants at the hotel are delicious. Although you also have plenty of options available in the area, if you want to try something different. You'll find everything you need within walking distance, and parking is available but not included. #HighlyRecommended by: @Aventure.dos @SoIsayIcanCook

Positive: The hotel is centrally located and near a beautiful beach. The suites are spacious, clean and very comfortable. In addition, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The pool deck is also very nice and breezy. Negative: No.

Great Hotel! We were in town for a few days and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the front door receptionist with a smile and exemplary service! The rooms were huge and very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel, 10/10 in every aspect, Thanks for the amazing hospitality @ Conrad

My only suggestion is that the Gold member credit was consistent across ALL Hilton properties. Other than that, this hotel was amazing! The staff was amazing! We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this hotel. Not a single meal disappointed us. The Takato restaurant is AMAZING! Also, the menu on the beach is phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise and had a great stay. We were able to book one free night and one paid night (through AMEX FHR). We used resort and food and beverage credits at Takato, which was delicious. We had delicious breakfasts at Takato both days and used the daily F&B credit (given to gold and diamond members), so it was free for 2. BL: awesome room and service at this hotel and looking forward to visiting again.
